Our new Seaside-Townhouse in Timmendorf Beach provides five modern and cosy rooms.
Located in a quiet cul-de-saq our town house is situated next door to the town gardens. The beach and promenade is only a short walk away.
Five new 1-room apartments
There is the option to merge 2, 3 or 4 rooms into one, large living space; have an apartment for the whole family.

Fridge, sofa or comfortable chairs, TV, coffee machine, modern bath (with shower). Rooms B1 and B4 are equipped with a kitchenette. Room B4 also has a great balcony for sunbathing or a BBQ.

Special wishes – we endeavour to turn them into reality.
Breakfast for our guests at Café Wichtig or Café Fitz at Timmendorf Square. Or try the Café Soul Beach at the promenade in Niendorf, from 10am, pure surfers’ vibe. This café is also recommended for dinner, especially for those who want to combine tapas with a nice sundowner.

Prices depend on season and room category from €40 to €160. Additional fees may apply for final and interim cleaning services, depending on the room category.
The following rooms can be combined into individual units:
2-room apartment (B4 and B5) for 4 people
3-room apartment (B3, B4 and B5) for 6 people
2-room apartment (B2 and B3) for 4 people
4-room apartment (B2, B3, B4 and B5) for 8 people
Additional bed available in apartment 1 and 4 for surcharge of € 25 per night.
Dogs at Seaside
A request for all dogs and their fans!
In principle, we dogs are very welcome at the Seaside Beach Hotel!
Well-mannered dogs that we are we know we have to follow some rules:
We are absolutely housetrained.
We have our own bed. Chairs are for the lazy two-legged only.
We have to be absolutely obedient and don’t bother any of the other guests by barking.
While ‘mom’ and ‘dad’ are at the restaurant or in the breakfast room, we wait patiently in the room. On request we may be able to go with them if we’re quiet.
Throughout the hotel we have to always be accompanied. For ‘mom’ and ‘dad’ not to get lost we better take them on a lead behind us.
We have to be friendly to those nice ladies coming in to clean our room!
We should be used to having lots of people and other dogs around.

These are some necessary rules in the interest of everyone involved! They are based on our experience and we hope you understand.
Any damage or extra cleaning may incur an additional charge in addition to the daily fee you pay when you bring a dog.
